HERSPath organizes public information about HERS rater training, rating-provider affiliation, quality assurance, equipment, local energy-code work, and related operating questions.
Published scope
The site currently publishes 54 articles. Coverage is not a promise that every state, jurisdiction, program, fee, or fact pattern is represented. Requirements change, and national program rules can interact with rating-provider and local-code requirements.
Who we are not
HERSPath is an independent publisher. It is not RESNET, an accredited training provider, a rating provider, a quality-assurance provider, a building department, an engineering firm, an equipment manufacturer, an insurer, or a law firm. It does not certify raters, approve ratings, inspect projects, or guarantee eligibility, cost, timing, or outcomes.
Review boundary
Organization bylines identify the publisher. They do not imply review by a RESNET-accredited provider, HERS rater, quality-assurance professional, code official, engineer, attorney, insurer, or manufacturer unless a page names that reviewer, credentials, scope, and review date.
